Not yet, I’m not sure. If it’s anything like other Gems you just gotta keep cutting stuff off to carve and capture it as much as possible till you get it. Keep on trying, you’ll get one eventually!

The closest thing would be Paw Pass/Harvest Quests which pretty much just lets you freely gather and hunt until you want to leave. You do not unlock these quests until the rank after you unlock them in the village I think, but all the locations up to the Tundra are all already unlocked at the Port!
